Pregnancy/Labor/Postpartum Massage
Pregnancy and childbirth are potentially some of the most profound, rewarding, and demanding times during a woman’s life. Many changes are taking place: structural, physiological, psychological, spiritual, and social. Massage therapy is an excellent way to help the body assimilate different changes throughout pregnancy, birth and postpartum. I have been specially trained through the Boulder College of Massage Therapy to perform Prenatal and Postpartum massage. I highly recommend that every woman receive massage during her pregnancy and postpartum periods.

Experience I have been Nationally Certified and Licensed in New York State to perform Therapeutic Massage since 2003. I attended a 1000 hour education program at Columbia-Greene Community College in Hudson New York. In addition I have taken continuing education in CranioSacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute and Prenatal, Labor and various courses through the Boulder College of Massage Therapy.
